Pausania table lamp by Ettore Sottsass
Pausania table lamp by Ettore Sottsass
Designed by the master of the Memphis Group in his prime in 1983, Ettore Sottsass' Pausania has become a masterpiece of the design of the twentieth century. It has become part of the permanent design collections of world renowned museums including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Steming from the visionary identity of Artemide, it reminds of a modern interpretation of the classic banker’s lamp.
Pausania’s technology has been reimagined to adapt to today’s standards of intelligent, eco-friendly, and energy efficient LED lighting. It is now featuring the latest Tunable White technology, allowing the user to select the right level of intensity as well as the right colour of light they need for each moment of life. Shift effortlessly between blue light for work during the day, to a warm glow for evenings.
