Store policies

1. Policies are subject to change without notice.

2. Prices are listed in CAD.
3. Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, Interac/Debit or E-transfer. Send us an email and we'll send you an invoice. Items can also be paid for directly at the studio in either cash or debit.

4. Taxes will be added at checkout (14.975% for Quebec residents).

5. Shipping is never included or offered, please contact us via email or through social media for any shipping related inquiries.

6. Absolutely NO HOLDS, unless explicitly agreed upon. An unpaid invoice does not constitute a hold. The item is not sold until payment is accepted. Please contact us via e-mail to get an invoice or pay directly through the website with Visa, Mastercard or Interac/Debit.

Returns / Exchanges
8. We do not offer returns and all items are sold as is. 
9. Additional photos or a video will happily be provided upon request. 
10. Sold items must be picked up at our Montreal studio (4812 rue St-Urbain, H2T 2W2) within 30 days of purchase. Items not picked up after 30 days will be forfeited as abandoned property.

Lead Times
11. We DO NOT keep new items in stock. Lead times for new products are estimates, they could vary based on individual manufacturers ability to produce your piece, issues at the border etc... We will do our best to convey longer than usual lead times, but understand that they are out of our control. Delivery time and Lead times are separate entities, please read carefully.

12. Use of the website constitutes your agreement to follow our policies.

13. We respect your right to privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared.
