Designed by Moritz Waldemeyer in 2013, One New Flame is the modern interpretation of a single candle, suspended from a ceiling canopy. One New Flame uses modern LEDs to create a nostalgic light effect that simulates naturally flickering candlelight. Based on the video footage of an actual burning candle, Two LED screens reproduce the slight flickering of a flame in a realistic and fascinating way. The LEDs form a rectangle on both sides of the slim PCB board, so that the flame image can be seen on both sides of the lamp.
Available in three colours: white, red or black (PCB components always black)
