An icon with an aptitude for versatility and functionality designed in 1927 by Charlotte Perriand for her Paris atelier in Place Saint-Sulpice. The design was first exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Décorateurs in 1928. The swivel armchair features backrest and seat cushion padded in polyurethane foam and polyester batting, with dark grey leather upholstery.
In production since 1978, sold for approximately 6000$CAD per chair new.
In good vintage condition with age appropriate wear. Made in Italy, 1980's. Both models show the Cassina signature on frame.
