In 1965 Giancarlo Piretti designed the 106 chair model. Now an integral part of the history of design, it is present throughout the world. The interweaving of lines that defines the shape of this chair has been admired by entire generations of architects and designers. The DSC106 is concrete proof that design is not just creativity, but the ability to blend the aesthetic element with ergonomic research.
