Bibibibi Table Lamp

Designed by Ingo Maurer in 1982, Bibibibi was originally intended as a wedding present. Ingo originally wanted to buy a figurine of a stork but only a set of legs remained at the store. The staff didn't want to sell an incomplete figure, but we see how the story ended... The playful new table lamp was very well received, and in the beginning was made as a limited and numbered series. Bibibibi soon after became a full member of the collection and has been available for over 30 years.

The porcelain plate Bibibibi rests on is part of the lamp and can be used as a catch-all for keys or to display for a small object.
